Basic Game Mechanics

Yokai Rumble is a card based game that lets players build a deck and battle an opponent for control over three locations (a.k.a biomes). Whoever has control in 2 out of 3 locations after 6 rounds will win the game. Control is based on which player has the most amount of power in each biome.
